Guide to Wills
A Will determines what happens to your money, estate and possessions following your death. If you create a Will you can also help to make sure you don't pay more Inheritance Tax than you need to.
If you own a property, have children, are in a business relationship, unmarried but have a partner or in fact if you have any assetsyou must have a Will !!
Your Will should contain;
Who you want to benefit from your estate when you die. These people are called beneficiaries
Who you would want to look after your children that are under the age of 18. These people are called Guardians
Who you would want to manage your affairs when you die. These people are called Executors
What would happen should your beneficiaries die before you
